Checking the fuel level in the float chamber

The position of the float is not regulated. When a fault is detected to check the tightness and condition of the float needle valve. Defective parts replaced.

Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up
1 - throttle stop screw;

2 - the throttle lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start and warm up the engine.
2. To connect to the engine control tachometer.
3. Stop the engine.
4. Turn the lever 2 so that the throttle was fully open.
5. Start the engine without using the accelerator pedal.
6. Check the engine speed, which should be in the range 2000 ? 100 min -1.
7. If necessary, adjust the speed of turning the screw 1.

Adjusting the throttle priotkryvaniya

1 - persistent screw throttle;

2 - the lever throttle turn restrictions

Throttle position is adjusted at the factory, and in the process does not require manual adjustment. However, if the adjustment has been broken, it can be restored as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cap from the screw 1.
2. Turn the lever 2 (see. Fig. Speed control engine start) the throttle so that it does not touch the stop screw 1.
3. Remove the screw 1 that it does not touch the lever 2.
4. Tighten the screw 1 until the moment of contact with the lever 2.
5. Tighten the screw 1 on a quarter turn (90 ?).
6. Install a new cap on the screw 1.

Adjusting the accelerator pump

1 - cam drive of the accelerating pump;

2 - the locking screw

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the carburetor.
2. Remove the cover of the carburetor float chamber to fill with fuel and set the carburettor cover.
3. Put a carburetor measuring beaker with a funnel.
4. Pull the lever 2 (see. Fig. Speed control motor starting) from the screw 1.
5. Slowly turn the throttle valve from stop to stop 10 times, spending at every turn about 3 seconds, resulting in this action the accelerating pump.
6. Measure the amount of fuel in a beaker and divide by 10. obtain an amount of fuel that the pump delivers the accelerator per cycle. This value must be 1,0 ? 0,15 cm 3.
7. If necessary, adjust the performance of the accelerator pump by turning the cam 1, after loosening the screw 2. Rotate the cam in the direction of "" increases the productivity of the accelerating pump in the direction of "-" - reduces. After adjustment tighten the screw 2 and lock paint.

Adjusting the idle speed

The adjustment is made in a warm engine, when to adjust a backlash in the mechanism of the valve is installed and the moment of ignition in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off all power consumers (radio, lights and so on. D.).
2. Disconnect the hose from the air filter crankcase ventilation and drown him.
3. Connect the control tachometer and analyzer.
4. The amount of the mixture adjustment screw (arrow) to set the engine speed within 800 ? 50 min -1.
5. adjustment screw quality (composition) of the mixture (arrow) to set the level of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gas is not more than 2 ? 5%.
6. Check and, if necessary, to restore the idle speed. Check and, if necessary, to restore the CO content in the exhaust gases.
