Adjusting the level of fuel in the float chamber

Checking the position of the float carburetor 32TLA

1 - a cover of the carburettor;

2 - float;

3 - the main fuel jet;

A - the size of the plane of the lid to the bottom edge of the carburetor float

Adjust the position of the fuel level float. To check the position of the float carburetor and remove the cover to install it at an angle of 45 ? to the horizontal. Measure the size of the "A". This size should be equal to 28 ? 1,0 mm. If the measured size differs from specified, bend the float.

Adjusting the accelerator pump

Adjusting the accelerator pump

1 - adjustment screw priotkryvaniya throttle;

2 - the throttle lever;

3 - a nut;

4 - Screwdriver;

5 - the cam drive of the accelerating pump;

6 - screw

To check and adjust the performance of the accelerator pump is necessary to remove the carburetor from the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cover 47 (see. Fig. Details 32TLA carburetor Weber).
2. Remove the three screws and remove the ring 46, the cover 45 of the automatic starting device 44 and the heating element.
3. Pull the elastic arm 3 (Fig. 3.21 Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up) so that cam 2 came out of contact with the adjusting screw 1.
4. Remove the cover of the carburetor float chamber filled with fuel and set the carburettor cover.
5. Put a carburetor measuring beaker with a funnel.
6. Slowly turn the throttle valve from stop to stop 10 times, spending each turn 1, and then sustaining a pause in 3 seconds, resulting in this action the accelerating pump.
7. Measure the amount of fuel in a beaker and divide by 10. obtain an amount of fuel that the pump delivers the accelerator per cycle. This value should be equal to 1,05 ? 0,15 cm 3.
8. If necessary, adjust the performance of the accelerator pump. To do this, tighten the screw 6. Remove the clip and loosen the nut 3. Loosen the screw with a screwdriver and turn the 2 cam 5. Turn the cam 5 in the direction of "" increases the productivity of the accelerating pump, and in the direction of "-" - reduces. 3 Tighten the nut and install the lock.

Adjusting the throttle priotkryvaniya

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the lid 47 (see. Fig. Details 32TLA carburetor Weber), 45 and the heating element 44.
2. Pull the elastic arm 3 (Fig. 3.21 Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up).
3. Remove the adjusting screw 1 (see. Fig. Adjusting the accelerator pump) cap.
4. Remove the screw 1 that between him and the arm 2 there was a gap.
5. Tighten the screw 1 to touch the lever 2 and tighten the screw further one quarter of a turn (90 ?).
6. Fit the new screw cap.
7. Adjust the idle speed.

Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up

Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up

1 - the screw speed control motor starting;

2 - the cam;

3 - the lever of the starting device;

4 - gum

The adjustment is made in a warm engine with a correctly set ignition timing and adjust the frequency of rotation of idling in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter and remove the vacuum hose 24 (see. Fig. Air filter engine displacement of 1.1 and 1.3 liters).
2. Connect to the engine control tachometer.
3. Remove the lid 47 (see. Fig. Details 32TLA carburetor Weber), 45 and the heating element 44.
4. Set the adjusting screw 1 on the cam lobe 2.
5. Pull lever 3 rubber band 4 to the air damper has fully opened.
6. Start the engine without using the accelerator pedal.
7. tachometer to check engine speed, it should be 2000 ? 100 min -1. If necessary, adjust the speed of the motor rotor 1.

Adjusting the idle speed

The adjustment is made in a warm engine to adjust the clearance in the mechanism of the valve, and when properly prescribed point of ignition at full choke in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off all power consumers (lights, fans, radio, etc.).
2. Disconnect the hose from the air filter crankcase ventilation and drown him.
3. Connect the control tachometer and analyzer.
4. The adjustment screw 15 (see. Fig. Details 32TLA carburetor Weber) the amount of the mixture to adjust the engine speed within 800 ? 50 min -1.
5. adjustment screw 1 quality (composition) of the mixture to set levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust 2,0 ? 0,5%.
6. Check and, if necessary, to restore the idle speed. Check and, if necessary, to restore the CO content in the exhaust gases.

Adjusting the choke gap

1 - cam;

2 - the screw of adjustment of the speed of the engine start-up;

3 - pull the choke actuator

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cover 47 (see. Fig. Details 32TLA carburetor Weber), 45 and 44 element.
2. Adjustment screw 2 set on the top ledge of the cam 1.
3. Move the screwdriver rod 3 in the direction of the arrow.
4. Measure the gap between the air valve and the wall of the throat, it must be 2, 5 ? 0.2 mm. At the same time pay attention to not compressed spring 2. The gap can be measured drill 1 suitable diameter. If the backlash differs from specified, adjust the screw 3.
