Check centrifugal regulator ignition distributor
To pre-test the centrifugal regulator should hand turn slider 3 (see. Fig. The ignition distributor), overcoming the resistance of the springs of the centrifugal regulator. Release the slider, he immediately must return to its original position. If it does not, then governor spring stretched or seize control weights. A more accurate test can be performed using a stroboscope:
