Replacement of contacts of the breaker



In the operation of the breaker burned, and they should be changed in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Disconnect the high voltage wires from the distributor cap.
3. Remove the screen 21 (see. Fig. The ignition distributor), unfasten the spring 11 and remove the cover 1.
4. Remove slider 3 and 4 anti-dust screen.
5. Loosen the screws 5 and 6 to remove the cover.
6. Disconnect breaker contacts.
7. Remove the screws that secure the fixed contact 8 and remove the pins 7 and 8.
8. To establish new contacts.
9. Install the removed parts.
10. Adjust the angle of the closed state of the contacts and the ignition timing.
