Oil crankcase



If the engine is removed from the car, it is sufficient to unscrew the screws and remove the crankcase with the gasket. If the engine is attached to the vehicle, the housing is removed and placed in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the plug 5 (see. Fig. The cylinder block and crankcase) and drain the oil from the engine, tighten the plug and tighten to 30 Nm (3.0 kgf-m).
2. Tighten the hand brake.
3. Raise the jack front of the car and establish on supports.
4. Disconnect the wires from the generator, disconnecting the terminal block.
5. Remove the spring clips and remove from the exhaust manifold exhaust front pipe.
6. Unscrew the bolts 9 and remove the crankcase 10 with a gasket 11.
7. Install the housing in reverse order. When installing the crankcase to replace the gasket 11. The crankcase bolts tighten evenly crosswise torque of 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
