PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the surface mating with the sealing ring.
2. Set the thermostat in place. On gasoline engines 1,8-I and diesel engines set the thermostat and turn it 90 ?� clockwise. The thermostat is to be installed so that the channel for removal of air was directed upward.
3. Coat the new O-ring with fresh coolant and replace.
4. Install the connecting pipe and tighten its bolts, having tightened their moment of 15 Nm.
5. Fill the coolant in the cooling system.
The petrol engine 1,8-I Turbo with air conditioning
6. Replace the air conditioning compressor and tighten bolts to 45 Nm compressor. Install poly V-belt.
7. Start the engine and check the tightness of the cooling system.
