Checking the fuel pump relay



Location of fuses in the main fuse box

The fuel pump relay located in the relay under the dash on the driver side.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the fuse for the fuel pump ?��28 of the fuse box.
2. Connect the LED probe between ground and one of the contacts of the fuse.
3. Remove the top finish in deepening for feet of the driver.
4. Turn on the starter. At the same time must engage with a click of the fuel pump relay. In addition, the LED should light probe.
5. If the switch does not turn on, check the electrical circuit of the relay.
6. If the probe LED is not lit, but the relay LED connect the probe to the other terminal of the fuse.
7. If the probe LED still is not lit, connect an additional wire contact 23 of fuel pump relay and contact fuse.
8. If the fuel pump is started, it means that the relay is faulty and must be replaced.
