Flywheel



The flywheel has a conventional design and is bolted directly to the rear flange of the crankshaft.
To remove the flywheel to fix it properly for the ring gear (screwdriver) and rotate the flywheel bolts or lock the flywheel as shown in Fig. 75 when removing the crankshaft. The engine must be at the same rigidly fixed.

Bolts flywheel can not be used a second time. The bolts should be tightened to a certain angle. First, they are tightened to 60 Nm, then without using a torque wrench for another 1/2 turn.
Flywheel pressed onto the flywheel hot.

Note
If the friction surface of the flywheel has been damaged, for example when replacing the slipper clutch, the flywheel must be replaced. If the flywheel is damaged, you should carefully check pinion starter.
