Hydraulic tappet
Improper handling of the hydraulic tappets can damage the engine, so please observe the following recommendations: - After removal of the hydraulic tappets contact surface should be set down on a clean surface; - Always replace pushers completely, since they can not be adjusted or repaired; - Noise when starting the engine valve is normal. However, if it is too loud, then you need to check the pushers for this: - Start the engine and let it run for as long as the cooling fan will turn on; - Increase the engine speed to 2500 min-1 and let it run for 2 minutes; - If the valves are still noisy, to determine a faulty pusher stop the engine, remove the cylinder head cover and rotate the camshaft so that its pusher cam for inspecting looking up;
