Note
If the car has an alarm system with security code, the code is necessary to have at itself, to turn the system on after connecting AB.

Details top of the cylinder head

Details of the upper portion of the cylinder head 1 - bolt 16 Nm; 2 - the central cover (above the upper part of the inlet pipeline); 3 - oil filler cap; 4 - nut 10 Nm; 5 - rib; 6 - cylinder head cover; 7 - flap valve stem; 8 - a bolt of fastening of the cylinder head; 9 - laying the cylinder head cover; 10 - cylinder head; 11 - cylinder head gasket; 12 - Lifting eye; 13 - a cogwheel of a camshaft; 14 - cap; 15 - from the crankcase ventilation system; 16 - T-fitting; 17 - O-shaped sealing ring (always replace)

The details that you want to take to dismantle the cylinder head from the cylinder block shown in Fig. 105.
Removing the cylinder head spend in the following order:
- Disconnect terminal "-" of the AB, unscrewing the appropriate nut and bolt;

A warning
In order to avoid damage to the computer, you must disconnect the terminals AB only with the ignition off.

A warning
When disconnecting the AB erase any codes in the memory.

- Drain the cooling liquid from cooling system (Sec. 5.1.1);
- Remove the upper part of the intake manifold;
- Disconnect top coolant hose from the radiator to the pipe;
- Disconnect all electrical wires from the cylinder head;
- Disconnect the fuel lines, the accelerator cable and vacuum hose brake booster;

A warning
The fuel lines are under pressure. Before disconnecting the fuel hose from its mounting, grasp the point of attachment of the fuel hose thick cloth and gently pulling it to the site of attachment, release pressure in the system.

- Mark and disconnect all lines, electrical wires, hoses, connections, etc. between the cylinder head and the body;
- Remove the cover 6 (see. Fig. 105) of the cylinder head with the gasket;
- Remove the valve stem plate 7 (see. Fig. 105) and two gain at the sides of the cylinder head cover;

- Remove the upper protective cover 4 (Fig. 106) the timing belt;
- Loosen the nut tightening mechanism, loosen the timing belt (see. Sect. 3.7) and carefully remove it from a camshaft pulley. At the same time keep the belt vnatyag and appropriate way tie him to not slipped with the crankshaft pulley. But do not tie him with the greatly strained;
- Remove the cylinder head from the rear cover of a gear belt, located behind the toothed belt;
