- For the proper location of the installation in places of fastening screws number 8 and 10 (see. Fig. 125) on the cylinder block should be inserted into two guide pin 3070 (Fig. 124). In their absence inserted into corresponding holes in the cylinder head guide pins; - Set the cylinder head and its Tap the plastic or rubber hammer. The valve does not hit the bottom of the piston, the piston of the first cylinder set to TDC and turn the crankshaft against the direction of rotation of 90 ?. This ensures that all the pistons are arranged below the TDC. Install the cylinder head is only in this position of the crankshaft; - Insert the eight bolts securing the cylinder head and tighten them by hand; - Remove the guide pins 3070 and replace them instead of remaining bolts of the cylinder head; - According to the sequence shown in Fig. 125, gradually tighten all the bolts of the cylinder head, first to 40 Nm and finally - 60 Nm; in this sequence, insert the key into every bolt, noting the position of the capstan and tighten each bolt in one go exactly half a turn or twice a quarter turn; - Insert the key into every bolt, noting the position of the capstan, and in accordance with the order (see. Fig. 125) and tighten each bolt in a single approach is precisely a quarter turn; - Repeat this passage the same way again;
Note To prevent damage when tightening the bolts of the cylinder head, use only the special multi-faceted key, similar to the hexagon. |

- Put on the cylinder head cover. Left and right of cylinder head cover put on strengthening the alignment pins in a circle and uniformly tighten the nuts to a torque of 10 Nm; - The remaining operations are carried out in sequence, return to removal, guided by the figures for assembly; - After the completion of all operations pour the liquid in the cooling system.
