Troubleshooting lubrication system

CAUSE
SOLUTION
The control lamp does not blink after the ignition is switched off
Faulty pressure sensor mass of 0.3 bar (brown insulation) Turn the ignition switch, disconnect from the oil pressure sensor wiring and attach to the weight. If the warning light is flashing, replace the sensor
No current supply to the sensor Check wiring and connections
Defective control light Replace the control lamp
Faulty control unit Replace the control unit. The device controls are behind the instrument panel
The warning lamp does not go out after starting the engine
The oil is very hot If the warning light goes out after the gas supply, everything is normal, repair is not required
By ontrolnaya lamp does not go out after a gas or lights while driving
Too low oil pressure Check oil level, top up if necessary; check the oil pressure as directed
Oil pressure sensor wiring 0.3 bar shorted to ground To disconnect a wire from the sensor to isolate and set aside (do not apply to mass), turn on the ignition. If the warning lamp lights, check the wiring
Faulty oil pressure of 0.3 bar Replace sensor
The warning lamp flashes while driving, a buzzer sounds

Oil Pressure Switch 1,8 bar (gasoline engine) or 0.9 bar (diesel engine) is faulty

Check oil pressure, check the oil pressure gauge. If the oil pressure in the order, and the beep sound, you can continue the movement for a while, disconnect the wiring and attach to the weight. When the buzzer continues to operate, remove the relays of the rim. Do not delay for a long time, check the oil pressure sensor and the control unit and replace if necessary
Too low oil pressure at all speeds
Too little engine oil Top up the engine oil
Dirty desk mesh pump Remove the oil pan, brush receiving grid
Worn oil pump Remove the oil pump and check and replace if necessary
Out of order crankshaft bearings Remove engine repair
Too low oil pressure at lower RPM
Jammed in the open position, the pressure control valve as a result of pollution Remove the check valve
Too high oil pressure at engine speeds above 2000 rev / min
Control valve does not open due to contamination Remove the check valve
