Check the lamp filament

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the lamp and check by visual inspection. If the filament burns out or glass bulb sits freely in the socket, replace the lamp.
2. In order to ensure that the health of the lamp act as follows: connect the positive cable (+) and minus (-) wire directly to the battery poles and connect with the lamp. It does not matter how the wires are connected to the lamp. One cable to the terminal, the second to the body of the lamp. If the lamp is not lit, replace.

A warning

Make sure that the contacts on the rim of the lamp and the lamp is not contaminated. If necessary, clean dirty contacts, straighten bent.

3. If the lamp is working, install and enable. If the lamp is not lit, check the power supply indicator lamp. To do this, make a test light to ground. This means that one end of a control lamp should be connected to the mass of the engine (pure metal) or directly to the negative pole of the battery. The second wire (+) or to a conductive connector or cable. If the warning lamp lights up, and the checked lamp is not, a break in the earth wire of the lamp. To check this, attach an additional earth wire to the rim of the lamp. Now, the lamp should burn.

A warning

There are lamps having only one current supply conductor, such as parking light, interior lights. These lamps are directly connected with the mass of the machine.

4. If the power cable is not the lamp voltage indicator lamp lights up. In this case the likely faulty switch. Check switch.
