Enter radio code



It applies only to VW's radio code. Anti-theft radio code prevents unwanted turn on the radio, if the current supply is interrupted. The power supply can be interrupted by disconnecting the battery, removing the radio, or result in a blown fuse. If the radio is coded, before disconnecting the battery you need to remember a radio code. If the code is not known, then again to put the radio into operation only on HUNDRED VW.

Enter e-lock

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Apply voltage to enable the radio. The scoreboard will be an indication of the radio "SAFE".
2. Simultaneously press the button, the band "U" and "M" and push until until the indication "1000" release.
3. Use 1-4 to enter the number of radio stations radio code. The button 1 to enter the first number of the code number 2 button - the second, and so on. D. For technical reasons, the first number can only be a unity 1 or no, while each of the other three bits may be designated with numbers from 0 to 9.
4. Then again press the buttons "U" and "M" at the same time as long as the radio is not an indication of the change to the "SAFE". Release the button. The unit is now ready for use again.

A warning

If you mistakenly entered the wrong number to the code, the first indication of a flashing "SAFE", then it stays on. You can now repeat the operation set, but only once. If you will again enter an incorrect code number, the radio will be locked for about 1 hour, and can not be put into operation. After 1 hour, (the instrument was to be left on) electronic unlocking can be entered again. This cycle is repeated in all subsequent incorrect attempts.
