The power steering hoses




When connecting pipes and hoses, make sure that combined white label on each item.

Pressure hose and pipe

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air intake pipe.
  1. Remove the clamp mounting pressure hose.
  1. Disconnect the fittings from the steering gear.
  2. Lift the car and remove the clamp that secures the pressure and the return pipe.
  1. Lower the car and remove the connector (24 mm).
  1. Remove the pressure hose and tube.
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
  1. Set the pressure hose and the tube so that they are not twisted and do not touch the movable parts of the vehicle.
  2. Bleed the hydraulic power steering.

Return hose and pipe

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the bracket from the power steering reservoir.
  1. Remove the clamp on the pipe and return hose.
  1. Remove the air intake pipe.
  1. Disconnect the pressure pipe and the return pipe fitting of the steering gear.
  1. Lift the car and remove the clamp that secures the pressure and the return pipe.
  1. Lower the car and remove the clamp securing the return of the tube and hose.
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
  1. Set the return hose and the tube so that they are not twisted and do not touch the movable parts of the vehicle.
  2. Bleed the hydraulic power steering.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Manual twisting the hose, check it for damage or cracks.
  2. Make sure there is no contact between the hose and other vehicle components.
