Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the driver airbag.

For vehicles not equipped with a driver airbag remove the button on the audio signal.

  1. Loosen the nut of the steering wheel.
  1. Put combination labels on the end of the steering shaft and steering wheel puller and remove the steering wheel.
  1. Remove the screws and remove the column cover.
  1. Disconnect the multifunction switch electrical connectors.
  1. Remove the three screws and remove the multi-selector.
  1. Remove the four screws and remove the bottom protection against collision.
  1. Remove the five bolts connecting the steering shaft and a universal joint.
  1. Remove the bolts and remove the steering column and the shaft with a universal joint.
