Dashboard



On the dashboard instrument cluster located in the central panel of furnish and a plurality of switches and control devices

The central panel trim

The central panel of furnish a cover for the control panel heating and ventilation, radio, glove box and is the basis for the cigarette lighter and ashtray. The central panel trim can remain in place when removing the instrument panel.

Control switch interior lights

Interior lighting control switch allows you to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel.

Radio

The radio receiver located in the central panel. The antenna and power connections for the radio at the rear of the radio. The wire antenna passes under the dashboard and connects the antenna to the radio. Before removing the dashboard, the radio must be removed.

The control panel heating and ventilation

The control panel heating and ventilation installed in the central panel finishes. The control panel is connected by cables to the heater and regulates the temperature and air distribution of the car. To access the ropes, you must first remove part of the instrument panel.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the driver airbag.
3. Remove the steering wheel, turn signal switch, and the upper and lower casings of a steering column.

4. Remove the instrument cluster.

  1. Remove the three screws that secure the finish of the instrument cluster.
  2. Remove the four screws.
  3. Pull the instrument cluster of the instrument panel.
  4. Disconnect the two connectors from the instrument cluster.
  5. Remove the instrument cluster.

5. Remove the center console.

  1. Separate the rear cover from the console.
  2. Remove the two screws that secure the front cover.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Remove the eight screws attaching the console.

6. Remove the center control cover and disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the decoration of the central panel.
7. Remove the radio.

  1. Remove the four screws that secure the radio.
  2. Unplug the radio from the back of the electrical connector and the antenna cable.

8. Remove the two screws and remove the electrical connector from the back of the left lower trim panels.

9. Remove bottom right trim panel.

  1. Remove the two sealing rings from the glove box assembly.
  2. Remove the two screws and one nut on top of the right lower trim panels.
  3. Remove the two screws on the bottom right panel finishes.

10. Remove the central panel.

  1. Remove the five screws holding the center panel.
  2. Disconnect from the back of the central panel of the electrical connector.

11. Remove the instrument panel.

  1. Remove the two screws on the left side of the instrument panel.
  2. Remove the two screws on the right side of the instrument panel.
  3. Remove the two screws holding the center of the dashboard.
  4. Remove the two screws on the front passenger airbag.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the instrument panel.

  1. Install the instrument panel to the original position.
  2. Make sure the steering wheel is correctly installed through a T-shaped rod with wiring harness before installing the instrument panel. Otherwise, the steering column may not be properly installed.
  3. Connect the harness connectors and the dashboard. Harness connectors are positioned so that they are aligned with the connectors dashboard.
  4. Install the front passenger airbag and secure it with two screws.
  5. Replace the two screws holding the center of the dashboard.
  6. Replace the two screws on the right side of the instrument panel.
  7. Replace the two screws on the left side of the instrument panel.

2. Install the center panel.

  1. Connect the electrical connector
  2. Replace the five screws holding the center panel.

3. Install the bottom right trim panel.

  1. Replace the two screws on the bottom right panel finishes.
  2. Replace the two screws and one nut on top of the right lower trim panels.

Install two sealing rings on the assembly of the glove box.

4. Replace the two screws and attach the electrical connector to the back of the left lower trim panels.

5. Install the radio.

  1. Connect to the rear of the radio electrical connector and the antenna cable.
  2. Insert the radio into place and secure it with four screws.

6. Connect the electrical connector to the back of the trim panel and set central furnish of the central panel.

7. Install the center console.

  1. Install the center console and secure it with eight screws.
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Replace the two screws that secure the front cover.
  4. Attach the rear cover to the console.

8. Replace the instrument cluster.

  1. Install the instrument cluster to the dashboard and connect the two connectors.
  2. Replace the four screws that secure the instrument cluster.
  3. Install the instrument cluster trim and secure it with three screws.

9. Install the steering wheel, turn signal switch and the upper and lower casings of a steering column.
10. Install the driver airbag.
11. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
