Check of level and liquid replacement in an automatic transmission
A warning  The car should be on a level surface.
Check the fluid level
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Apply the parking brake and block the wheels stops, in order to avoid rolling the vehicle. | | 2. Start up the engine before warming up of a transmission to temperature 60 ~ 70 ?� C. | | 3. With the engine running, move the selector lever from position P to position 1 and back to position R. | | 4. Leave the engine running at idle speed. | | 5. Move the selector lever to position R. |
A warning Use measuring scale COOL (20 ?� C) only as a guide value.
|  | 6. Check the fluid level, which should be between labels HOT (65 ?� C). If necessary, add the required amount of liquid required. |

Fluid Replacement | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Place the drain pan under the transmission fluid. |  | 2. Remove the plug and drain all the liquid from an automatic transmission. | | 3. Replace the plug. Torque: 39-54 N ??? m | | 4. Remove the dipstick and fill with fluid required amount of liquid required. Type of liquid for an automatic transmission: M-lll or dexron III
