Removing and installing automatic transmission




Automatic transmission

1 - the air temperature sensor connector;
2 - sensor connector flow meter of air (only engine TE DOHC);
3 - the air filter;
4 - prop engine ?��4;
5 - speed sensor connector at the input / turbine;
6 - bolt wire of "weight";
7 - speed sensor connector;
8 - a cable of the selector;
9 - switch connector range gearbox;
10 - solenoid valve;
11 - plug crankshaft position sensor;
12 - the oxygen sensor connector;
13 - radiator hoses automatic transmission;

14 - upper bolts converter;
15 - the wheel and tire;
16 - mudguard of the engine compartment;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Install the sump drain plug under the automatic transmission fluid.
4. Remove the plug and drain all the liquid from an automatic transmission.
5. Lift up the diagnostic connector on the sensor flow meter of air (only engine TE DOHC). Disconnect the inlet air to the intake manifold, disconnect the sensor connector and the air flow meter of air (only engine TE DOHC), remove the two bolts and nuts, and remove the air filter housing.
6. Remove the three screws securing the support of the engine ?��4 and loosen the center bolt support.
7. Disconnect the speed sensor on the input / turbine.
8. Remove the bolt wire of "weight" to the top of the gearbox housing and remove the wire.
9. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor on the right side of the gearbox.

10. Remove the U-shaped mounting clip sheath selector gearbox to the bracket.

11. Remove nut and washer securing the cable to the selector lever of the automatic transmission.
12. Unplug the sensor connector range selector gearbox.
13. Remove the solenoid connector.
14. Disconnect the crankshaft position.
15. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector.
16. Remove the radiator hoses automatic transmission
17. Remove the two screws on the top of the converter.
18. Special adaptation OK201 170 AA0 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
19. Remove the front wheels.
20. Remove the seven screws and remove the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment.
21. Remove the two nuts and remove the U-shaped clamp catalyst.
22. Remove the five screws and remove the catalytic converter.
23. In order to access to the bolts fastening the torque converter, remove the cap. Remove the four screws on the torque converter. For access to bolts, consistently turn a crankshaft.
24. Remove the two screws, remove the starter and move it to the side.

A warning

Secure the starter so that the starter had not been stretched.


25. Remove the four bolts securing the oil pan to the engine gearbox.
26. Remove the pins, remove the nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
27. Remove the bolt and nut on each side and remove the earrings stabilizer bar.
28. Remove the coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin joint from the steering knuckle on both sides of the car.
29. Remove the two nuts securing the support of the engine ?��2 to the plate to protect the engine.
30. Remove the nuts and bolts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
31. Remove the three bolts and remove the support of the drive shaft with the engine block.
32. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount, remove the drive shaft of the transmission.

33. Remove the inner CV joints drive shafts from gearbox and cover the holes opened up after the removal of trees, plastic caps OK201 270 014.
34. Remove the three screws engine support ?��1.
35. Remove the three screws engine support ?��2 and remove the bolt supporting the gearbox.
36. Support a transmission jack.
37. Remove the last two bolts securing the converter housing.
38. Being careful, slowly lowered the gearbox by tilting it to the ground.
39. Gently separate the transmission from the engine and slowly lower it under the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car.
2. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place.
3. Secure the gearbox on the engine with four screws, two on top and two on the side.

Torque: 89-116 N ??? m

4. Lower the jack.
5. Remove the plastic plugs OK201 270 014 with gearbox.
6. Establish a support ?��2 motor and secure it with three screws and bolts to the gearbox housing.
7. Replace the four screws on the torque converter. For the rest of screwing bolts, consistently turn a crankshaft.

Torque: 34-49 N ??? m

8. Replace the four screws securing the oil pan to the engine gearbox.

Torque: 37-52 N ??? m

9. Install the starter and the wire connection with "weight".

10. Screw the three screws engine support ?��1.

Torque: 67-93,2 N ??? m

11. Install the snap ring on the inner end of the drive shaft.

12. A push, insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.

13. Install the drive shaft bearing on the engine block and secure it with three screws.

Torque: 43-52 N ??? m

14. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix their coupling bolts.

Torque: 43-54 N ??? m

15. Install the left and right earrings of the stabilizer and fix them.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

16. Install the ball joint stud left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix their nuts.

Torque: 30-44 N ??? m

17. cotter lock nut from loosening.
18. Install the engine protection plate and fasten the bolts and nuts.

Torque: 64-89 N ??? m

19. Establish a support ?��2 power units and fix it.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

20. Fit the catalytic converter.

The inhaling moment: 37,2-51,9 N ??? m

21. Install the U-shaped clamp catalytic converter and tighten the two nuts.
22. Install the two mudguard and secure them with screws.
23. Install the front wheels and fix their nuts.

Torque: 88-118 N ??? m

24. Lower the car.
25. Remove special adaptation OK201 170 AA0, supporting the engine.
26. Slide the inlet and outlet hoses for automatic transmission fluid tube forehand so that the ends of the hoses have reached fillets on tubes.
27. Install the hose clamp on the hose in the center of marks and under the corner shown in the figure.
28. Connect the oxygen sensor.

29. Connect the crankshaft position sensor.

30. Connect the solenoid valve.
31. Connect the switch of a range gearbox.
32. Install the washer and screw the nut on the cable to the lever of the selector of an automatic transmission.

Torque: 32-46 N ??? m

33. Install the U-shaped clamp.
34. Connect the vehicle speed sensor.
35. Connect the speed sensor on the input / turbine.
36. Install the engine support ?��4 and fix three bolts and nuts.

Torque:
Nuts: 68-93 N ??? m
Bolts: 64-89 N ??? m

37. Install the air filter housing.
38. Connect the air temperature sensor.
39. Connect air flow meter sensor (only engine TE DOHC).
40. Install the diagnostic connector.
41. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
42. Pour the liquid into the automatic transmission.
43. Adjust the control wire transmission.
