The switch O / D



Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn on the ignition.
2. Make sure that the O / D OFF is not illuminated. Press the switch O / D OFF and confirm that the O / D OFF highlighted.
3. If it is not working properly, continue checking.

Check voltage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the central console.
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Measure the voltage at the terminals of the connector C269 switch O / D.

4. If the voltage at the terminals of the connector switch is not correct, provorte conductivity in switch O / D

Check conduction

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the connector from the switch O / D.

3. Check the conductivity of the switch O / D terminal pin C269.

4. Otherwise, replace the gear lever knob.
5. If the switch is operating normally, check the electrical circuit that goes to the gearbox control unit.
6. Connect the switch O / D.
7. Install the center console.
8. Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the center console.
3. Remove the four screws that secure the selector
4. Lift the selector, disconnect the connector and remove the terminal switch O / D.
5. Remove the selector lever and remove the lamp indicator.
6. Remove the plug from the unit indicator lamp.
7. Remove the two screws that secure the handle selector.
8. Remove the selector.
9. Remove the sleeve of the selector knob.
10. Remove the selector panel and connector.
11. A flat-blade screwdriver loosen the connector pins.
12. Remove the pin from the connector.
13. Pull the wires through the cover and the plug.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the wire through the panel and the plug.
2. Install the pins in the socket.
3. Install the panel.
4. Replace the plug on the selector lever.
5. Adjust the wires so that the selector can be set in place.

A warning

The wires must pass a recess in the selector.


6. Replace the two screws that secure the handle selector.
7. Replace the lamp.
8. Connect.
9. Replace the four screws that secure the panel.
