Design Features

Engine cooling liquid, closed type with forced circulation of liquid. The system consists of a cooling jacket, with electric radiator, expansion tank, water pump, thermostat and hoses.
Fluid circulation system creates a water pump. The pump liquid is supplied to the cooling jacket of the engine, washes cylinders, combustion chamber and then fed to the thermostat. Depending on the position of the thermostatic valve fluid flows into the water pump (at low temperature) or heat sink (at high temperature).
Radiator with the vertical flow of liquid from the tubular-aluminum tape core and the plastic tank. In the upper radiator tank filler neck is stoppered. On a car with an automatic transmission mounted in the lower tank heat exchanger for cooling the hydraulic fluid transmission. The right side of the lower tank of the radiator drain valve is located. Performed in a tank inlet and outlet pipes hoses to the water jacket of the engine, hose pipe connecting the radiator to the expansion tank.

NOTE
Serviceability radiator valve plug is essential for normal operation of the cooling system. However, often when problems arise (boiling coolant and so forth.) Motorists pay attention only to the thermostat and forget to check the valves. Leakage of the exhaust valve reduces boiling temperature coolant, and its jamming in the closed state - to abnormal rise in pressure in the system, which may damage the radiator and hoses.

Design Features
The expansion tank compensates for changing the coolant volume depending on its temperature. It is made of translucent plastic. On the plastic tank cap covering his neck, set the pointer, which is marked ?F? (full) and ?L? (low) to monitor the coolant level.
Design Features
The water pump of the centrifugal type provides forced fluid circulation in the cooling system is installed on the front surface of the cylinder and driven in rotation by the crankshaft pulley with a common generator poly vee belt. The pump installed sealed bearings that do not require regreasing. The pump can not be repaired, so in case of failure (leaking fluid or bearing damage) it is replaced in gathering.
Design Features
Thermostat with a temperature-sensitive solid filler supports normal operating temperature of the coolant and reduces engine warm-up time. The thermostat is mounted in the housing fixed to the cylinder head. When the coolant temperature to 82 ? C the thermostat is fully closed and the liquid is circulated through the small loop, bypassing the radiator, which accelerates engine warm. At a temperature of 82 ? C, the thermostat starts to open, and at 95 ? C fully open, circulating fluid through the radiator.
The electric cooling fans (with plastic multi-blade impellers) are used for additional cooling radiator switched on and off by a signal of the electronic engine control unit. And depending on the intensity of the thermal regime and the algorithm of the air conditioner electric fans can rotate at low and high speeds. Change the fan speed mode is provided by the engine control unit. The electric assembly with the housing mounted on the radiator cooling system.
The cooling system with a hose and turned on the heater matrix interior.
The system is filled with liquid (antifreeze), does not freeze at a temperature of ambient to -40 ? C. The recommended type of coolant is indicated in Annex 2.
NOTE
To replace the coolant is described in the section "Changing the coolant".
WARNINGS
It is not recommended to fill water cooling system because of the antifreeze and anticorrosion includes antifoaming additives as well as additives that prevent deposition of scale.
Coolant is toxic! Avoid inhalation of its vapor and contact with skin.
Promptly repair any infringement of tightness of the cooling system to avoid getting vapor coolant in the interior of the vehicle during its operation. Your health is more expensive than a new cooling system pipe or tube of sealant!
