Radiator be replaced when it detects a leak of the coolant.

A WARNING
Remove the radiator on a cold engine only.

You will need: the key "10", pliers, flat-blade screwdriver.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?-? the storage battery.
2. Remove the air duct of the air filter (see. "Removing and installing the air filter").
3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the fan motors (see. "Removing and installing radiator fan assembly").
4. Disconnect the fan shroud right holder harness the engine compartment (see. "Removing and installing radiator fan assembly").

Highly crimped or hardened, replace the cushions.

14. Inspect the upper radiator support cushion. Strongly deformed or hardened, replace the cushions.
Remove the screws and remove the radiator with electric fans covers (see. "Removing and installing radiator fan assembly").
15. Clean the outside of the radiator with water jet and dry. If plastic radiator tank is cracked, replace the radiator.
16. Check the tightness of the radiator, which muffle his connections, bring him to the air pressure of 0.1 MPa (1 kg / s m 2), and lower in the bowl of water for at least 30 seconds. Leaking radiator is determined by the emerging air bubbles. If the radiator does not fit entirely into the container, check it consistently from all sides.
17. Install electric fans and cooling radiator in the reverse order of removal.
HELPFUL ADVICE
To further exclude the possibility of leakage of the coolant, before installing grease fittings radiator hose with a thin layer of silicone sealant.

18. Fill the coolant and remove air from the cooling system plugs (see. "Replacing the coolant").
