Removing and installing radiator fan assembly



The electric radiator cooling system is removed for replacement of electric motors and before removing the radiator as electric fans prevent this.
You will need: the key "10", pliers, flat-blade screwdriver.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.
2. Remove the air duct of the air filter (see. "Removing and installing the air filter").

... 4. Disconnect the harness from the motor by pressing the lock.
5. Squeeze the clamps and disconnect the plastic holder pads engine wiring harness from the fan housing.

NOTE

So arranged mounting bolts electric fans to the radiator cooling system.

6. Remove the screws fastening the fan assembly to the radiator covers, and remove the cover.

... 8. Disconnect the wiring harness from the motor by pressing the lock.
9. Drain the coolant (see. "Replacing the coolant").

10. Loosen the clamp on the feeding radiator hose by squeezing it with pliers bent ears; slide the hose clamp and remove it from the nozzle heater.

NOTE
Drain coolant and disconnect the supply hose from the radiator needed for the reason that prevents the removal of the hose assembly with the fan assembly casing.

11. Remove the mounting bolts with electric radiator and remove it.
12. Use electric fans cooling radiator with casing in reverse order of removal.
13. Fill the coolant and remove air from the cooling system plugs (see. "Replacing the coolant").
