Removal, installation and check the nozzles and removing the fuel rail

NOTE
Removal, installation and check the nozzles and removing the fuel rail
It looks like part of a fuel stage: 1 - Fuel rail; 2 - nozzle; 3 - lock the nozzle plate; 4 - a sealing ring.

Symptoms of nozzles:
- Complicated start the engine;
- Unstable operation of the engine;
- Stop the engine idling;
- Increased engine speed to idle;
- Engine does not develop full power, a lack of engine response;
- Jumps and dips in the engine when the vehicle is moving;
- Increased fuel consumption;
- Increased content of CO and HC in the exhaust gas;
- Surface ignition because of leakage nozzles.
You will need: face head "12" knob, extension, avtotester, screwdriver flat and Phillips blades.

5. Check the winding resistance atomizers. Resistance serviceable nozzle should be 14,0-16,0 Ohm. If the winding resistance is not correct, replace the nozzle, as it is non-repairable.

NOTE
Check nozzle spray plume shape and leak fuel spend at specialized service stations, as the checks carried out directly on the vehicle, it is a fire hazard.

6. Reduce the pressure in the fuel system of the engine (see. "Reducing the pressure in the fuel system").
