Removing and installing throttle assembly

The signs are not completely closing the throttle valve can be increased engine speed to idle and fuel consumption. When less than full throttle the engine will not develop full power, throttle response is insufficient, there may be jerks and failures in its work while driving.
In addition, the described abnormalities in the engine can be caused by contamination of the site or cavities damage sealing elements. In these faults, first try adjusting the throttle actuator or replace the cable (see. "Adjusting the throttle cable"). If this does not lead to a positive result, clean or repair the throttle device, and if the measures are not successful, replace the unit.
You will need: the keys "8", "10" face head "10", an extension cord, knob-nose pliers, a screwdriver and a flat cross blades.
1. Drain the engine cooling system (see. "Replacing the coolant").

NOTE
With a certain skill coolant can not be drained. Prepare a suitable size plugs that muffle hoses immediately after disconnecting. Loss of coolant in such a method will be negligible.

2. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?-? the storage battery.

14. Remove the pins from the intake manifold (receiver) gasket throttle assembly and replace the gasket regardless of its status.
15. Remove the two screws that secure the bracket and remove the throttle cable.
16. If the replacement of the throttle assembly on the new node is not set throttle position sensor and a regulator of idling, move them from the old site.
17. Set the throttle position sensor and a regulator of idling in the reverse order of removal.

18. Measure the initial probe gap throttle. It should be no more than 0.05 mm.
19. If the gap is not as specified or the throttle jammed in the case, adjust the gap by loosening the stop screw locknut ...

20. ... and turn the screw in the desired direction until the desired clearance.

A WARNING
If the gap is incorrect, unless absolutely necessary, do not change the position of the stop screw so as not to disturb the factory adjustment of the throttle assembly.

21. Clean the gasket surfaces of the throttle assembly and intake manifold gasket from the remnants of the old and put on the edge of the throttle (15 mm from its axis in each direction) grease with molybdenum disulfide.
22. Set the throttle assembly and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.
23. Adjust the throttle actuator (see. "Adjusting the throttle cable").
24. Fill the coolant (see. "Replacing the coolant") or, if necessary, top up, if not discarded.
