Check and adjustment of control system components AT
general information AT control system can be divided into three subgroups: the components that make up TCM input information (including ECM); Strictly control module (TCM) and actuators. Functional diagram of the control system of the AT Identification card connector terminals for petrol models of SCI Checks TCM Switch on the ignition - the engine does not start. Uncover pin TCM (driver's side) and check the distribution of voltage at its terminals, - the measurement is made between the respective terminal and ground If necessary, replace the control module. Identification card connector terminals TCM diesel models Solenoid valves For example, petrol models | - Disconnect the electrical wiring from the TCM and measure resistance between plugs ?? 8, 7 and 22 of its connector, - the required value is 11 ÷ 15 ohms at 20 ? C.
- Feeding on plugs ?? 7, 8 and 22 voltage () battery, at the hearing make sure of serviceability of operation of the solenoid valves (clicks should be heard in the sump AT).

The gauge-switch of the selector lever position (PNP) Checks PNP plays the role of gauges-switches permit the launch and activation of lights reverse. | - Make sure of serviceability of activation of a starter in the "P" and ?N? of the selector lever in the other positions of the lever activating the starter should not be possible.
- Make sure of serviceability lights activated when reverse gear lever is in position ?R? (ignition must be included).
- Disconnect from the gauge-switch wiring and check the distribution of conductivity between terminals connector in different positions of the selector lever. If necessary, make the appropriate adjustments.

|
Adjustment | - Loosen the screw securing the gauge-switch. Move the selector lever in position ?N?.
- Align the sensor switch in accordance with the instructions.
- Tighten the mounting bolts to 3.9 ÷ 6.9 Nm.

|
Sensor input speed AT / the turbine | - Support the wheel chock.
- Poddomkratte one of the rear corners of the car to a complete separation of the respective wheels from the ground.
- Disconnect the wiring from the sensor input speed AT / turbine torque converter - 2-pin connector is placed on the left in the back of the transmission housing.
| - Connect an ohmmeter to contact sensor connector terminals.
|
- Observe the reaction of the ohmmeter to get off the ground rotation of the drive wheels of the car - the dial pointer must fluctuate within a range of 0 ÷ 41 Ohm. Faulty sensor Replace.
|
|
The gauge-switch of stoplights | - Disconnect from fixed under the brake pedal sensor-switch wiring.
| - Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity distribution between the four terminals of the gauge-switch in both positions of the latter. Compare your results with the data in the table - a faulty sensor switch replace.

The gauge-switch activation HOLD mode Disconnect the electrical wiring from the selector lever located under the AT gauge-switch HOLD. | Using an ohmmeter, check the presence / absence of the conduction between terminals 2-pin-sensor switch in both positions of the latter. In the closed position sensor switch-conductivity should be absent in the off - take place. |
Mode switch POWER / ECONO | - Disconnect the wiring from the switch.
| - Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity distribution between the four terminal connector switch in both positions of the latter. Compare your results with the data in the table - a faulty sensor switch replace.

|
The gauge-switch activate the downshift (4WD LOW) | - Disconnect from the top to the left in the rear of the transfer case gauge-switch 4WD LOW wiring.
| - Using an ohmmeter, check the presence / absence of the conduction between terminals 2-pin-sensor switch in both positions of the latter. In the closed position sensor switch-conductivity should be absent in the off - take place.
