PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the front wheels.
Remove the cotter pin and release the securing nut ball stud fastening tie rod to the steering knuckle.

Using a special puller press out the tip (2) of the steering rod lever (1) the knuckle.

Loosen the lock nut on the rod tip fastening tie rod, pre-marking its position relative to the tip.

Using a chisel remove the boot from the tip of a ball joint, - try not to damage the surface of the land under the anther on the metal tip.

Lightly grease the inner surface of the boot and the new with a special mandrel last plant on the tie rod end.

Screw in the rod tip and traction, achieving combination of adjusting labels, tighten the locknut.

When installing a replaceable tip apply to him landing a label referring to the shot with a thrust tip.

Thread the tip of the lever in a rotary fist and tighten with demanded effort (42 ÷ 57 Nm) of its retaining nut. NEW Lock nut cotter pin.
