Removing and installing the generator
Withdrawal All models Petrol models | - Loosen the axle bolt and bolt tensioner.
- Turn the adjustment bolt to loosen belt tension and remove the latter from the alternator pulley.
- Finally, screw the fixing bolt and remove the tensioner.
- Remove the axle bolt.
- Loosen the screw at the bottom of the adjustment bracket and expand the latter upwards.
- Picking up the generator, remove it from the engine compartment.

Diesel models | | - Release axial and adjusting bolts, expand the assembly of the generator and remove the drive belt from the pulley.
|
- Disconnect the oil and vacuum hoses.
- Remove the two screws and remove the generator.

Setting Petrol models | - Start the generator at regular place.
- Freely screw axle bolt.
- Expand the staffing position of the adjusting bracket, lowering it is not the top of the generator.
- Put on the adjusting belt tensioner arm freely fixing its mounting bolt.
| - Throw in the alternator pulley and the drive belt, turning the adjusting screw (1), adjust its tension force in accordance with the requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of an electric motor.

Diesel models | - Installation is the reverse order of disassembly of components - an effort to adjust the belt tension by moving the assembly of the generator (see. Specifications of the Head of System of an electric motor), and then tighten to the required torque and axial adjustment bolt.

All models | - Track correctness of connection to the electrical terminals of the generator.
