Removal and installation of the air filter
Carburetor engine Withdrawal |  | - Loosen the bracket and unscrew the wing nut. Remove the air filter cover.

- Remove the filter element.
- Disconnect from the air filter housing preheating hose.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses and hose crankcase ventilation. To facilitate the installation mark hoses with adhesive tape.
- Unscrew the bolts bottom of the air filter. Remove the bottom of the filter.
- Close the carburetor with a clean cloth.
 | Avoid falling into the carburetor parts, as this can cause serious damage to the engine. |

Setting | - Remove the cloth.
- Check preheating hose for damage and replace if necessary.
- Wear preheating hose on the air filter housing. Ensure that the fitting is correctly positioned in the hose and preheating is not compressed or is damaged.
- Connect the air filter vacuum hoses and hose crankcase ventilation according to the labeling.
- Install and screw on the lower part of the air filter.
- Insert the filter element.
- Install the air filter cover, screw the wing nut and fix the bracket.

Injection engine Withdrawal | - Disconnect the plug from the air mass meter.
 | - If there is, turn off the high voltage cable connection and -1 on the ignition coil. To facilitate the installation of the cables with adhesive tape mark.

- Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect hose -2- intake air.
- Release screws -3- top of the air filter.
 | - Remove the bolts -4- and remove the lower part of the air filter.

|
Setting | - Install the lower part of the air filter and tighten the bolts.
- Attach the filter element.
- Attach the upper section of the air filter and tighten the bolts.
- Attach the hose air intake on top of the air filter and secure the clamp.
- Connect the high voltage cable and the connection of the ignition coil according to the labeling.
- Connect the plug of the throttle potentiometer.

Diesel engine Withdrawal | - Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect hose intake air.
 | - Loosen the bolts -5- and remove the upper part of the air filter -1-.
|
- Remove the filter element -2-.
- Disconnect crankcase ventilation hose -6-, after loosening the clamp.
- Unscrew bolts -4- and remove the lower part of the air filter -3.

Setting | - Install the lower part of the air filter and tighten the bolts to 25 Nm of torque.
- Connect the crankcase ventilation hose to the air filter housing and secure the clamp.
- Insert the filter element.
- Attach the upper section of the air filter and screw fastening bolts.
- Connect the intake air hose and secure the clamp.
