Refitting
Disconnect the negative battery terminal and drop down adjustable steering column.

Unscrew the upper housing and facing the instrument cluster (Fig. 13.42, 13.43).

Unscrew the instrument cluster.
Disconnect the speedometer cable.
Pull the instrument cluster, disconnect the connector and remove a combination of devices and power switch from the instrument panel.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Remove the screws and remove the glass plate and the printed circuit board (Fig. 13.44).
Turn out bolts and remove a combination of devices from the body.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Remove the lamp cartridges and remove the screws to remove the PCB from the housing.

Remove the screws and remove the glass (Fig. 13.45).
Remove the tachometer and PCB.
Remove the switch display.
Remove the control knob and light.
Remove the screws and disconnect the connector from the speedometer, fuel gauge and coolant temperature.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Replacement of a cable drive speedometer
Remove the bolt and remove the cable and speedometer drive from the gearbox.
Partially pull out the instrument cluster so as to obtain access to the rear of the instrument cluster. Disconnect the cable from the speedometer.
Disconnect the cable from the fire wall and remove it from the engine compartment.
Transfer all the sealing ring and, if necessary, the driven gear from the old to the new cable.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. When installing, do not allow the formation of loops on the new drive of a speedometer cable and passes it through a narrow sleeve.
