Radio



Removal and installation of the radio

Location radio, speakers and wires shown in Fig. 13.37.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the side panel of the radio.
Unscrew the radio.
Pull the radio and detach the connectors.
Remove the radio from the instrument panel.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Removal and installation of loudspeakers
The rear speakers can be removed after opening the trunk. To gain access to the front speakers is necessary to remove the casing speaker.
Remove the screws and remove the speaker from the slot, disconnect the connector and remove the speaker from the car.
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

The antenna amplifier

The main elements of the antenna and the amplifier on the vehicle shown in Fig. 13.38.
Remove the lower trim of the dashboard, glove compartment, an air heater and heater fan.
Remove the side trim and remove the wire antenna, but not the power cord.
Remove the engine mounting of the antenna with the motor and the antenna mast.

To remove the antenna, first insert a screwdriver into the hole in the mast of the antenna and the antenna pull about 1.5 cm as shown in Fig. 13.39.

Apply a voltage from the battery to the terminals "B" and ?�BG?� and pull out the antenna plug from the engine (Fig. 13.40).
Remove the two screws that secure the antenna to the front of the car body, and remove the antenna mast from the vehicle.

Install the antenna on the car body and insert the toothed strip antenna in the hole of the engine. To retract the antenna motor is the voltage from the battery to the terminals "B" and ?�BG?� connector (Fig. 13.41). Insert the antenna mast in the hole of the engine to fix it latch.
Mount the motor and bracket.
If the antenna does not come out completely, turn the engine antenna several times to automatically adjust the tension of the toothed strip antenna.
