Transmission oil and filter

Fill with transmission oil is usually changed every 60 000 km of run of the car at the same time also replace the filter. In severe operating conditions (work with a trailer, travel mostly for short distances and motion in the big cities, the extremely high temperature of the outside air) it is necessary to change the gear oil every 30 000 km (without filter change).

A warning

Hand over the used gear oil to special collection points for waste oils, in any case, just pour it and do not mix with general household waste.

Draining

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the gear selective choice in the "P".
2. Poddomkratte vehicle in a horizontal position.
3. If necessary, remove the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
4. Place the oil pan under the gearbox (right container).
	5. Remove the oil pan (3) drain plug (1) and drain the oil.
6. Rotate the crankshaft pulley in the direction of rotation of its shaft (assistant) up until the drain plug in the torque converter is not located above the opening of the ventilation grille. Turn the motor shaft.
7. Remove the screw (2) drain plug and drain the oil.
8. Remove the bolts (7) the oil pan (3).
	9. Remove the screws (6) of the oil filter (5), remove it down.
10. Screw the new oil filter with the moment about 4 Nm
11. Thoroughly clean the oil pan and push new seal. A warning To clean, use only clean, lint-free cloth, and pay attention to the perfect cleanliness during all work operations.
12. Evenly tighten the mounting bolts to the oil pan with the moment of 8 Nm
13. Screw the drain plug with a new sealing rings and tighten them to a torque of 8 Nm
14. Lower the car.

Pouring

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Apply the parking brake.

2. Open the lever of the locking device on the dipstick, pull pointer, and when the engine fill 4 liters of transmission oil ATF through a sieve and funnel net with fine mesh.

3. Start the engine and let it run at idle.

4. Fill the remaining quantity of gear oil ATF. Check the oil level using the cursor.

5. Amount being inserted:
4-cylinder engine: about 5.5 liters;
6-cylinder engine: about 6.0 liters

6. When the vehicle is stationary, switch the lever to all positions of the selective choice, leave the arm for a few seconds, respectively, in separate provisions. Then again, the lever to position "P".

A warning

When you switch the gear ratio ranges of further press the foot brake.

7. Fully insert the dipstick and lock lever locking device.

8. Spend a short-term test drive, thanks to the gear oil will acquire the operating temperature of 80 ?� C.

9. Place the vehicle on a level surface.

10. Check the oil level in the engine speed when idling, if necessary, add oil.

11. Visually check the tightness of the screw plugs of drains and sump.

12. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
