PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The battery is located in the engine compartment on the left at the walls of the body. Note the position of the wires and, if applicable, remove the plastic cover of the positive terminal of the battery.
  2. Remove the clamping screws, disconnect a wire from the negative terminal, then - on the positive.
  3. Remove the bolts and remove the bracket, and then remove the battery from the platform, try not to spill electrolyte body parts.
  4. Installing the battery is made in reverse order of removal; thus there should be no torquing bolts. Lubricate the exposed surface of the terminal and the bracket with petroleum jelly.
