Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lightly press the pin (3) and remove the cylindrical pin (27) with a pair of pliers.

2. Remove the retaining ring (5) and remove the piston (3), together with the secondary seal from the housing (22).

3. Remove the floating piston with a pair of pliers from the housing (22).
4. Wipe the body and check the interior surface of the housing for damage.
5. Clean all parts of the new brake fluid.


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the plug (040) of the sleeve (041).

2. Remove the oil seal and the secondary piston from the hub (041).
3. Secure the housing (22) holes down.
4. Grease the body bore (22) of brake fluid.

5. Insert the plug (040) into the hole and press in floating piston (20) to the stop by using a screwdriver. When installing the piston, make sure that the guide groove (arrow) is mounted vertically.

6. Insert the cylindrical pin and remove the sleeve (040).
7. Attach the brake cylinder holes up.
8. Insert the secondary oil seal into the housing (22) and press in it.

9. Secure the piston (7), insert the lock plate (8) and secure it with the retaining ring (5). Make sure that the retaining ring (5) is correctly positioned in the groove of the body (22).

10. Lubricate the plug (9) and press in the brake fluid of the body (22). Set the tank (10) from one tube to the housing (22), rotate by 180 ?� and then install a second tube to the housing (22).
