Removal and installation of seat cushions



The front seats

Details of installation of the driver's seat cushion (1 of 2)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code H10), remove the terminal block (x55 / x55 or 3/4) and disconnect it from the pin (arrow). The properly labeled, release the two wires for seat heating of the connector housing.
  2. Release both the control module bracket.
  3. On models corresponding complete set (code SM7 and SM / 8), remove the check valve (2) and disconnect the pressure line 3) multi-loop adjustment.
  4. Remove the pins (4).
  5. Accurately having hooked, remove the clamps (5).
  6. Pressing cushion (1) down and release of the guide pins (6).
  7. Remove the harness (7), prepare replacement tires.
  8. Leaning forward, remove the cushion (1).
  9. Installation is in the reverse order - when installing the pins (6) Make sure the correct location of the springs.

The rear seats

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the rear seat (see. Section Removal and installation of rear seat assembly) and remove it from the back (see. Section Removal and installation of seat backs).
  2. Place the seat assembly to a suitable support, a cover-up.
  3. On models corresponding complete set (code H11), remove the cover (2) terminal block (3) of the heating element, remove the screws (4) and disconnect the connector (R13 / 5x1 or R13 / 7x1).
  4. Remove the screws and remove the cover (2).
  5. Remove the screws (6) and remove the bracket (5), - on the model of the corresponding configuration (code H11) release the harness, release of the airbag wiring (7) and remove it together with the bracket.
  6. Remove the anchor node / nodes (8) of the rear seat belt (s) of safety.
  7. Installation is in the reverse order.
