Removal and installation of the instrument panel vents ducts



Center vent

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove the group switches the drive locking differentials (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
  4. Remove the panel (1) groups cantilevered section switches the instrument panel (see chap. Onboard electric equipment). The need to disconnect the wiring is not - it will be enough just to provide access to the mounting screws (2).
  5. Remove the screws (2) and remove the assembly (3), center vent, pulling it up with the rotation of the instrument panel, - try not to damage the clips (4).
  6. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of landing nozzle deflectors to their ducts.
  7. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  8. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the switch operating modes lighting (See chap. Onboard electric equipment).
  2. Disconnect from the nozzle deflector assembly duct (4).
  3. Depending on the version, gently release the two clips with a long wedge appropriate form / remove the mounting screws (2) / (2 and 5), and remove the deflector (3) by pulling the top to turn and release of the dashboard, - prepare a removable side support unit.
  4. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the bottom cover to the right under the instrument panel (see. Section Removal and installation of the lower instrument panel covers).
  2. Remove the glovebox (see. Section Removal and installation of the glove compartment).
  3. Remove the screw securing the right of the duct (7), ventilation / heating the cabin.
  4. Separate air duct (7) from the nozzle deflector assembly (1), - on the sleeve duct mounted speaker wiring.
  5. Proceed in a manner similar to that described above for the left vent (see. Above paragraph 3 subsection left side of the instrument panel).
  6. Installation is in the reverse order.
