PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  2. Turn the adjustable steering column to its highest position.
  1. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
    8 - terminal positive wire module
    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery
  1. Using a suitable release four wedge clamp and remove the covering plates (2).
  2. Turn the switch to "0", then remove the handle headlight (except models 463.246 / 249).
  3. Remove the fastening screws (5).
  4. Pulling up to the turn, remove the guide pins (4) The lower section of the instrument panel trim.
  5. Remove and, without disconnecting the wiring, set aside switch module headlight range adjustment (except models 463.246 / 249).
  6. With the help of a special nozzle (210 589 00 07 00), remove the module EIS / EZS (N73).
  7. Served in the direction of the arrow, remove the bottom section of the instrument panel trim.
  8. Installation is in the reverse order - with the appropriate configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  9. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
