  2. If necessary, prepare interchangeable components.

Refitting

Brake pads should be replaced at the same time set for both wheels on one axle!

Brakes with calipers fixed type

Details of the brake pads in the caliper of the fixed type (1 of 2)

41 - Fixing finger
41 - a spring plate
43 - Pads
47 - piston wheel cylinder
52 - Terminal Block

031 - squeezing device
035 - Drift
070 - Puller
S10 / 1 - Left front sensor pad wear

Details of the brake pads in the caliper of the fixed type (2 of 2)

030 - Cleaning brush caliper

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release of contact pads (52) wear indicator (S10 / 1 and S10 / 2).

Faulty sensors must be replaced.

  1. With the help of a special device (031) press the piston (47) of the wheel cylinder, - pre-evacuate some of the liquid from the tank, providing a certain stock volume level on the rise.

The opposite pair of pistons to be locked by pushing with wooden struts.

  1. Operating in a similar manner, press the opposite pistons, - try not to bend thermofilter.
  2. Strip guide surfaces slide with a special brush (030).
  3. Installation is in the reverse order - before landing pad lightly grease their side surfaces (arrows) with a special paste. Make sure that the retaining finger was planted in the saddle all the way - again, use a knockout.
  4. Finally, check the brake fluid level in the tank, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment.

Brakes with calipers floating type

Details of the brake pads in the caliper floating type (rear axle)
