Removal and installation of the rotor wheel ABS sensors



The front sensors

Details of the installation of the rotor of the front wheel ABS sensor

1 - Rotor

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disassemble the drive shaft (2) (see chap. The transmission line).
  2. Clamp the shaft (2) in a vise.
  3. Inst 2 mm and broke it with a chisel, remove the rotor, - try not to damage the shaft.
  4. Before landing on the shaft, heat the replacement rotor to a temperature of about 80 ?� C, and then use a suitable mandrel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the axle shaft (2) and disassemble it (see chap. Transmission Line) and clamp in a vice.
  2. Using a suitable tool, remove the rotor (1) from the axle shaft.

On models with an internal rotor landing unscrew slotted nut (see chap. The transmission line).

  1. Installation is in the reverse order.
