Installation Details hydromodulator ABS on models 463.250 / 333 manufacture of 09/30/01

1 - Brake line
2 - Connector
3 - Flare nut hydromodulator

4 - Flare nut GTZ
A7 / 3 - hydromodulator ABS / 4-ETS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  1. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
    8 - terminal positive wire module
    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery
  1. Loosen the flare nuts (3 and 4) and disconnect the brake lines (1), - ready to collect hydraulic fluid.
  2. Disconnect the connector (2) wiring hydromodulator (A7 / 3) and remove the latter with support bracket, - if necessary, prepare a replacement planting rubber bushings.
  3. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not try to mix up the order of connecting the brake lines.
  4. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  5. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

Hydromodulator ABS / 4-ETS

For models with 463,250 code B02

Details of installation of ABS on models hydromodulator 463,250 with the code B02

1 - Hydraulic lines
2 - Connector
3 - Earthing

4 - Fasteners
A7 / 3 - hydromodulator ABS / 4-ETS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  2. Disconnect the hydraulic lines (1).
  3. Disconnect the connector (2) wiring hydromodulator (A7 / 3), disconnect the ground bus (3).
  4. Release the fasteners (4) and fed up, remove the modulator (A7 / 3).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order.
  6. In summary pump over brake system (see. Section Bleeding brake system).

For models 463.246 / 249/323 and 463.250 / 333 release from 09.30.01 city

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).

  2. Disconnect the connector (2) wiring hydromodulator (A7 / 3).
  3. Disconnect the connector (5) gauge-switch of pressure.
  4. Remove the modulator (A7 / 3) a support bracket, - if necessary, prepare a replacement planting rubber bushings.
  5. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not try to mix up the order of connecting the brake lines.
  6. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  7. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
