Removal and installation of the vacuum pump (diesel engines)

Details of the installation of the vacuum pump models 463.323 (M612)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove viscous fan clutch cooling system (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  2. Releasing the latch (3), disconnect from the pump (2) the vacuum line (1).
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and pulling forward, remove the vacuum pump (2).
  4. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of landing driver on the back of the pump assembly, do not forget to replace the defective sealing elements.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air cleaner and the air intake with integrated sensor MAF (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  2. Release of the lock body parts in the right air intake duct.
  3. Remove the trim panel with the oil filler cap.
  4. Remove the retaining bolt (4) and pull in the direction of the air duct (5) on the cylinder head cover (6).
  5. Remove the cover (7).
  6. Remove the bolts (8) and remove the guide on the cylinder head cover (6) Cable box (9).
  7. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  8. Remove the activator throttle body assembly with the upper airways (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  9. Remove the guide tube probe level measurement of motor oil.
  10. Release the clips (3) and disconnect from the pump assembly (2) the vacuum line (1).
  11. Turn out fixing bolts and, leaning forward, remove the vacuum pump (2).
  12. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of landing driver on the back of the pump assembly, do not forget to replace the defective sealing elements.
