Removing and installing power steering fluid cooling line

| - Put forward the front grille (see chap. Body).
- Remove the left lens unit (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
- Remove the locker left wheel arch protection.
- Siphon the power steering fluid from the reservoir.
- Disconnect the return hose (1) from the line (2) cooling tract - get ready for a gathering of a spilled liquid.
- Disconnect from the line (2) the return hose (3) of the steering mechanism, - prepare for the gathering of a spilled liquid.
- Several times turn a steering wheel from lock to lock - ask the assistant to collect squeezed out of the hose (3) liquid.
 | To avoid the steering pump fails in any case, do not leave the engine running! |
- Release nuts (4), remove the line of the cooling path (2) and drain the liquid from it into the prepared container.
- Installation is performed in reverse order, do not forget to pour a fresh liquid into the tank GUR.

- Siphon the power steering fluid from the reservoir.
- Disconnect the horn left horn (1).
- Disconnect the return line (2) from the power steering cooling line (3).
- Ask the assistant to collect the liquid squeezed out of the tube, several times turn a steering wheel from lock to lock.
- Loosen the bolts (4), remove the line of the cooling path (3) and drain the liquid from it into the prepared container.
- Installation is performed in reverse order, do not forget to pour a fresh liquid into the tank GUR.
