Removing and installing trim panels and interior handles

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give the screw that secures the handle facing the remote operator to lock the door panel. Remove the trim.
  2. On models with manual transmission lowering-raising door handle, remove the glass window with a tool to remove the clips. In the absence of the availability of tools to pry the facing trim knob thin solid wire, bent at the end in the form of a hook. Lower the hook to catch a drive handle and pulling the wire, remove the clip from the end of the handle, then remove the handle from the door.     Setting

    Installation is in the reverse order.

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Ensure proper placement on the door panel of the polymer sealing film. Torn or otherwise damaged film should be replaced.
    2. Replace damaged clips paneling.
    3. Carefully place the panel to the door trim, alternately snapping latches.
    4. On models with manual transmission lowering-raising glasses set on the door handle finishing trim window, and it is the handle latch. Make sure that the relative position of the handle and the window glass match those on the opposite door.

    Locking window handles must be installed in the handle before the latter is fitted on the shaft journal of the regulator.

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Remove the inside handle, the door trim panel and plastic sealing tape door.
    2. Through a hole in the door panel, give the screws that secure the window glass to the slider window. Gently lower the glass all the way to the bottom of the door frame.
    3. Find the clips securing the inner rubber sealing strip to the upper rail of the belt inner door panel. Grasp the sealing strip near the locks and push it out, alternately releasing locks. Continue to work until the release of the tape from the rack door belt. Allow tape to one side.
    4. Find the clips securing the outer sealing strip to the upper part of the outer panel of the door along the bottom edge of the window opening. Lift the tape in the area of locks, removing the last turn to the complete release of the tape door.
    5. Pull back rubber seal to the portion of the outer edge of the window frame just above the rear guide groove. Give the screw securing the trough to the transom.
    6. Give bolts rear guide chute to the inside door frame.
    7. Rotate the rear guide groove 90 ?� and pull it out of the door at the top.
    8. With the help of an assistant push forward on stationary glass transom. Observe even distribution of pressure on the top and bottom edges of the glass. Remove the fixed window with the seal of the transom.
    9. Remove the door glass lifting. Put it on a soft surface.

    Setting

    Installation is in the reverse order.

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Check the condition of the seal fixed window. If necessary, replace.
    2. Adjust the rear guide chute, ensuring smooth lowering-raising window glass.
    3. Available fixing screws bottom edge of the window glass on the slider window, pick up the glass, pressing it firmly to the upper rear corner of the opening and the rear guide grooves. Fixing the glass in this position, tighten the screws.
    4. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

    Removal and installation of window regulator

    Withdrawal

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
    2. Remove the glass window. Alternatively, the glass can be locked in the raised position with the wedges, after giving the screws attaching it to the slider window.
    3. On models with the way electric windows disunite an electric socket of the controller.
    4. Give bolts control the inner door panel. Remove the regulator assembly through the access hole in the inner door panel.

    Setting

    Installation is in the reverse order.

    1. Before installation grease control multi-purpose grease.
    2. Adjust the position of the window glass.
    3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

    1. Remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
    2. Give fixing screws inside handle remote door lock actuator to the inner door panel.
    3. Disconnect the actuator rod remote from the castle. Remove the stem from the handle to the door.
    4. Disconnect the lock rod off button.
    5. On models with central locking disconnect it latches executive rod drive motor.
    6. Give the fastening screws of the lock mechanism to the door. Remove the locking mechanism of the door through the access hole.

    Setting

    Installation is in the reverse order.

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Before installation, lubricate the lock mechanism of the universal lubricant.
    2. Turn the nut on the actuator rod outside door handle to adjust the gap between the nut and the lever lock - when the handle is released the gap must be 0.5 ÷ 1.5 mm.
    3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

    Removal and installation of the outside door handle

    Withdrawal

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Raise the window glass and remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
    2. Disconnect executive rod lock on the outside door handle, freeing it from the plastic retainer.
    3. Give nuts to the outside handle of the door panel. Remove the handle.

    Setting

    Installation is in the reverse order.

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Check the condition of the seal outside door handle. If necessary, replace the seal.
    2. If necessary, replace the lock actuator rod.
    3. Adjust the nuts outside handle actuator stem, ensuring the gap between it and the lock lever in the 0.5 ÷ 1.5 mm (when the handle is released).
    4. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

    Replacement and adjustment of the lock striker plate

    PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Mark the position of the marker striker plate on the door pillar (the location of the plate shown in the accompanying illustration).

    1. Remove the mounting screws and remove the striker plate. Check the condition of the parts, replace defective.
    2. Installation is in the reverse order.
    3. Place the striker plate on the rack in accordance with applied during the dismantling of the landing labels. Screw the set screws and tighten so that the plate is held in place.
    4. Cover the door, then close it pretended.
    5. Lift the outside handle and gently open the door, trying not to move the striker plate.
    6. Tighten the screws and re-close the door, checking the serviceability of functioning of the lock and the striker plate. If you need further adjustment, loosen the set screws and slide the striker plate in the desired direction, ensuring trouble-free operation of the lock to open and close the door.
    7. After adjusting tighten the set screws of the plate.
