Removing and installing trim panels and interior handles

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give the screw that secures the handle facing the remote operator to lock the door panel. Remove the trim.
  2. On models with manual transmission lowering-raising door handle, remove the glass window with a tool to remove the clips. In the absence of the availability of tools to pry the facing trim knob thin solid wire, bent at the end in the form of a hook. Lower the hook to catch a drive handle and pulling the wire, remove the clip from the end of the handle, then remove the handle from the door. Alternatively, the handle can be removed with the help of institutions under a solid matter. To remove the lock to be strong to pull the corners of the fabric.

When removing door trim panel plastic clips should be left secured to the rear side of the panel. If the latches to keep the inner door panel, they may be damaged. In case of problems, use the appropriate cutter blade for cutting the lock which must start between the panel trim and door frame. Try not to damage the finish and paint the door.

  1. Give the speaker mounting screws, remove the wiring and remove the speaker from the door.
  2. Carefully remove the sealing polymer film on the inside door panel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Ensure proper placement on the door panel of the polymer sealing film. Torn or otherwise damaged film should be replaced.
  2. Replace damaged clips paneling.
  3. Carefully place the panel to the door trim, alternately snapping latches.
  4. On models with manual transmission lowering-raising glasses set on the door handle finishing trim window, and it is the handle latch. Make sure that the relative position of the handle and the window glass match those on the opposite door.

Locking window handles must be installed in the handle before the latter is fitted on the shaft journal of the regulator.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the inside handle, the door trim panel and plastic sealing tape door.
  2. Through a hole in the door panel, give the screws that secure the window glass to the slider window. Gently lower the glass all the way to the bottom of the door frame.
  3. Find the clips securing the inner rubber sealing strip to the upper rail of the belt inner door panel. Grasp the sealing strip near the locks and push it out, alternately releasing locks. Continue to work until the release of the tape from the rack door belt. Allow tape to one side.
  4. Find the clips securing the outer sealing strip to the upper part of the outer panel of the door along the bottom edge of the window opening. Push the tape into in the area of locks, removing the last turn to the complete release of the tape from the door frame.
  5. Give the lower bolt guide chute vents.
  6. In front of the door frame near the vents, pull-up portion of the rubber door seal sufficient to provide access to the screws fastening vents. Remove the screws.
  7. Tilt the assembly back vents and throwing up, remove the window opening. At the same time to be extracted from the opening of the lower bracket of the guide trough the window have to turn through 90 ?�.
  8. Carefully remove the window glass, trying not to damage the paintwork of the door.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Be sure to adjust the position of the frame vents, ensuring the smooth opening of the latter.
  2. Available fixing screws bottom edge of the window glass on the slider window, pick up the glass, pressing it firmly to the upper rear corner of the opening and the rear guide grooves. Fixing the glass in this position, tighten the screws.
  3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

  1. Adjust the front guide chute, ensuring smooth lowering-raising glass.
  2. Available fixing screws bottom edge of the window glass on the slider window, pick up the glass, pressing it firmly to the upper rear corner of the opening and the rear guide grooves. Fixing the glass in this position, tighten the screws.
  3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

Removal and installation of window regulator

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
  2. Remove the glass window.
  3. On models with the way electric windows disunite an electric socket of the controller.
  4. Give bolts to the inner door panel and the regulator nuts support bar. Remove the regulator assembly through the access hole in the inner door panel.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

  1. Before installation grease control multi-purpose grease.
  2. Adjust the position of the window glass.
  3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
  2. Raise the window glass, and give bottom bolts guide chute. Remove the chute from the rear of the door frame.
  3. Give fixing screws inside handle remote door lock actuator to the inner door panel.
  4. Disconnect the actuator rod remote from the castle. Remove the stem from the handle to the door.
  5. Disconnect the lock rod off button.
  6. Disconnect from the lock mechanism executive cylinder rod.
  7. On models with central locking disconnect it latches executive rod drive motor.
  8. Give the fastening screws of the lock mechanism to the door - if necessary, use a screwdriver shock. Remove the locking mechanism of the door through the access hole.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before installation, lubricate the lock mechanism of the universal lubricant.
  2. Turn the nut on the actuator rod outside door handle to adjust the gap between the nut and the lever lock - when the handle is released the gap must be 0.5 ÷ 1.5 mm.
  3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

Removal and installation of the outside door handle

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Raise the window glass and remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
  2. Give nuts to the outside handle of the door panel. Remove the handle, at the same time removing the adjusting nut with the lock mechanism.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the condition of the seal outside door handle. If necessary, replace the seal.
  2. If necessary, replace the lock actuator rod.
  3. Adjust the nuts outside handle actuator stem, ensuring the gap between it and the lock lever in the 0.5 ÷ 1.5 mm (when the handle is released).
  4. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

Removal and installation of the lock cylinder

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Raise the window glass and remove the interior door handles, the trim panel and the polymer sealing film.
  2. Remove the stem from the executive arm of the lock cylinder.
  3. Pliers, grab the edge turned up fixing lock cylinder of the lock and remove the lock of the landing of the groove in the body of the cylinder.
  4. Remove the lock cylinder with the seal of the door.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the condition of the seal of the cylinder lock. If necessary, replace.
  2. If necessary, replace the lock actuator rod.
  3. Before setting to place a polymer sealing film and the door trim panel, check the operation of the lock mechanism and window.

Removing and installing the door mirrors

New glass door mirrors can be purchased individually. To remove the old glass it is necessary to warm hair dryer to melt the adhesive layer. The new adhesive is available in dealer branch of the manufacturer - be sure to use only branded product.

Mirrors with manual transmission

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give the screws that secure the bracket to the door mirror and carefully remove the mirror along with the finishing plate (see. Accompanying illustration). Try not to drop the bolt-plate inside the door mirror mounting. If this should happen, remove the door trim panel and the sealing resin film, providing access to the plate to the assembly it can be output in its original position.

  1. Check all the components for cracks or other damage. Replace defective parts.

Before tightening the fixing screws, be sure the correct location of the mirror bracket.

Power Mirrors

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give the screw securing the trim panels to the frame of the mirror.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector of the drive.
  3. Give fixing screws and remove the mirror to the door frame.
  4. Check all the components for cracks or other damage. Replace defective.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

Check the condition of the contacts of an electric socket.

Replacement and adjustment of the lock striker plate

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Mark the position of the marker striker plate on the door pillar (the location of the plate shown in the accompanying illustration).

  1. Remove the mounting screws and remove the striker plate. Check the condition of the parts, replace defective.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is in the reverse order.

  1. Place the striker plate on the rack in accordance with applied during the dismantling of the landing labels. Screw the set screws and tighten so that the plate is held in place.
  2. Cover the door, then close it pretended.
  3. Lift the outside handle and gently open the door, trying not to move the striker plate.
  4. Tighten the screws and re-close the door, checking the serviceability of functioning of the lock and the striker plate. If you need further adjustment, loosen the set screws and slide the striker plate in the desired direction, ensuring trouble-free operation of the lock to open and close the door.
  5. After adjusting tighten the set screws of the plate.
