The front and outer rear seats are equipped with seat belts inertial type. Seat covers the chest and waist torso.

The central rear seat is equipped with a lap belt with manual adjustment.

Regularly check the condition of all the seat belts. If in any doubt in good condition or functioning of assemblies should be replaced.

Checking the Status

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check belts for material abrasions, istrepyvaniya, cuts, burn-through and other damages. Retractable seat should be fully extended, unwound from the drum and inspect along its entire length. In the case of defects of the belt assembly should be replaced.
  2. Make sure that the straps are not twisted.
  3. Check tightening of fixing nuts and bolts.
  4. Check the operation of belt buckles. In the event of any defects in the corresponding belt should be replaced in the assembly.
  5. In the inertia-belts Check the operation of the return mechanism:
    1. Slowly pull the belt, checking the smoothness of its course. Loosen the belt and make sure that he regularly returns to the starting position.
    2. Sharply pull the belt - drum should be blocked.
    3. Moving at a slow speed, try to slowly pull the belt during hard braking - drum again should lock.
  6. If the return is not functioning properly, replace the faulty assembly.
