Refitting

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Circle marker plate loops.
  2. Ask the assistant to maintain the door in a slightly open position and give it bolts to the body (see. Accompanying illustration).

  1. Remove the chain from the vehicle facing the side panels and remove the tailgate.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make sure that the loops have been installed in accordance with applied during the dismantling of the landing labels.
  2. Tighten the fixing bolts of loops.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the hinge bolts of the tailgate to the vehicle body and raise or lower (if necessary) the door so that the top edge of it turned out to be flush with the side body panels. Also, check the distance between the lower edge of the door and lower body panels have the same width along its entire length, and drummers latches located in the center of the locking loop (see. Accompanying illustration).

  1. Tighten the hinge bolts.
