Air intake control valve



MODELS "PHASE I"

Air intake control valve is installed at the intake manifold.

Before his removal, disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To improve access put the car on a manual brake, then lift the front of the car and establish it on support. Then, access to the valve may be obtained from the top and bottom.
2. Disconnect the connection of the valve, then release fixing collars and disconnect vacuum hoses and water hoses. Quickly plug the holes with coolant hoses to prevent fuel leakage.
3. Unscrew and remove the fixing bolts, then remove the valve from the intake manifold.
4. Installation is spent upside-down removals.

MODELS "PHASE II"

Air inlet control valve mounted on the left side of the intake manifold, just below the air supply adjusting unit when the engine is idling.

Before his removal, disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the upper section of the intake manifold, the instructions given in the 20-25 sub-section 6.3.2.13.
2. Release fixing collars and disconnect both the vacuum hose from the valve.
3. Unscrew and remove the fixing bolts, then remove the valve from the intake manifold.
4. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
