Engine mount details



Engine mount details
1. The right support.
2. Right bracket.
3. Front support.
4. The back support.
5. spar.
6. Front support (for manual transmission).
7. Torsion (for manual transmission).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and establish on supports.
2. Check for cracks in the suspension supports, solidification, peeling rubber from the metal substrate. Upon detection of at least one of these and replace damaged bearings.
3. Use a torque wrench, check the tightness of all threaded connections supports.
4. Check the wear of bearings, which shake the motor or support. If found in supports a large backlash, replace worn parts, after checking the tightness of bolts and nuts.

Replacement

SUPPORT RIGHT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Raise the engine jack.
3. Remove the three bolts and remove an arm of the right support.
4. Remove the nut, pinch bolt and three screws, remove the right support. Remove the rubber pads.
5. If necessary, unscrew the bolts and remove an arm of the right support.
6. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all items bearing, replace worn parts.
7. Install the bracket, tighten the bolts.
8. Install the rubber cushions, make sure that the pins pillows went into the corresponding bracket holes. Establish a support and tighten bolts with the set moment.
9. Align the support bracket to the body, insert the coupling bolt and tighten the nut with the set moment. Remove the jack.
10. Install the upper right support bracket and tighten the bracket bolts to the specified torque.
11. Connect the battery to weight.

Left support

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the battery (see. Subsection 7.2).
2. Raise the engine jack.
3. Remove the nut, pinch bolt and three screws, remove the right support. Remove the rubber pads.
4. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all items bearing, replace worn parts.
5. Install the bracket, tighten the bolts.
6. Install the rubber cushions, make sure that the pins pillows went into the corresponding bracket holes, install the support. Tighten the bracket to the CPR with the set moment.
7. Align the left support to the bracket, insert and tighten the pinch bolt.
8. Remove the jack and replace the battery.

FRONT BRACKET

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the parking brake, lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. On cars with manual gearbox mark the position of the clamping bolt on the front support bracket.
3. Raise the engine jack.
4. Remove the nut and get a coupling bolt.
5. Remove the screws and remove the front support bracket.
6. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all parts of the supports, if necessary, replace parts. On vehicles with manual transmission press out the pillow from the central spar (if necessary) and install a new pillow, moistened with soap solution.
7. Replace the engine bracket, tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
8. Insert the coupling bolt support, slightly tighten the nut. Align the power unit so that the coupling bolt exactly aligned with the labels put before removal, tighten the pinch bolt to the specified torque.
9. Remove the jack.
10. Lower the car, connect the battery to the ground.

Back support

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the parking brake, lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the nut and get a coupling bolt.
3. Remove the bolts and remove an arm of a back support.
4. Remove the two screws and remove the support from the central spar. Remove the torsion bar (on cars with manual gearbox).
5. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all items bearing, replace the damaged parts.
6. Install the rear spar to support and tighten bolts.
7. Install the rear support bracket and tighten bolts.
8. Align the back support of the bracket, insert the coupling bolt and tighten the nut with the set moment.
9. Lower the car.
10. Connect the battery to weight.
