Flywheel



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the check point (see. Subsection 9.1) and traction (see. Subsection 8.5).
2. Fix a flywheel from turning.
3. Remove the screws and carefully remove the flywheel.
4. If necessary, remove the reinforcing plate and pins.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If damage is found on the surface of the flywheel fit clutch must be replaced.
2. In the event of wear or loss of teeth of the crown to be changed. Replace the flywheel to run in the service of Car Nissan.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install guide pins and the reinforcing plate.
2. Clean the mating surfaces of the crankshaft and flywheel.
3. Put the crankshaft on the flywheel and tighten the bolts.
4. Fix a flywheel from turning and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
5. Install the clutch and gearshift.
