Mounting position of disc springs

Installing an internal diaphragm spring hinge

When installing the plate spring (1) a greater diameter of the internal hinge should be directed outwards.

Installing external disk spring hinge

Disc spring (1) of the external hinge should seek out a larger diameter, and thrust washer (2) a smaller diameter should be directed outwards.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For the lubrication of joints need to use lubricant G000603. Half of grease must be put in a protective cover, and the other half in the hinge.
	2. To fix the clamps need to use the tool 1847. Sponge tool set at the corners of Clamp in this position tighten sponges the screw (A - sponges screw tightening tool in - setting instrument on the clamp jaws).
